Who am I?
Lee Martin, I have been involved in RC Racing for 25 years and a professional for 15 of those years. My Wealth of knowledge from driving, technical, engineering and mental strength has been key over these years and now its my time too teach you!
My goal is to help you become more confident and happier through the attainment of increased knowledge about RC, in the least stressful and most integrated and sustainable manner possible.
Maybe you struggle with the technical or mental side of RC and just cannot stay on track and get frustrated. Or perhaps you simply know you’re capable of more and need that guidance to get you to the next level? Whatever your struggle, I work with you to guide you towards your goal through expert guidance, education and support.

TRACK DAYS
One off training days where we visit a track of your choice and spend the day working on driving and technical knowledge
TUTORIAL VIDEOS
Each Month we will release tutorials helping you learn about set up and car dynamics
ONLINE COACHING
A complete online coaching system with weekly check ins after each race as we work on your racing mindset and learning from videos
JUNIOR ACADEMY
I want to work with a few of chosen junior drivers to help them through the year and coach them as a group
